MAM FABRICA DE CUTELARIAS FILMAM Lda ist ein portugiesisches Besteckunternehmen, das seit 1870 mit internationaler Ausrichtung arbeitet und zu den ältesten Messer- und Besteckherstellern der Welt gehört. Die Marke MAM bedeutet - Manuel Antonio Martins. Er war der Gründer des Unternehmens welches heute noch Familienunternehmen ist. Heute haben wir bereits die 5. Generation der MAM-Messerhersteller. MAM FILMAM Lda garantiert ein hochwertige Produkte und gibt 10 Jahre Garantie. Alle Materialien sind zertifiziert und speziell geprüft. Wir verwenden den besten deutschen Edelstahl AISI 420 mit VG10-Behandlung. Ein Edelstahl, der speziell für uns mit Molybdän, Vanadium, Silizium und Kohlenstoff hergestellt wurde. Nur mit all diesen Zutaten und einer besonderen Härtung erreichen wir extrem starke und flexible Messerklingen mit 56 bis 59 Grad ROC. Was die Taschenmesser betrifft, so sind wir weltweit die einzige Firma, die ein Taschenmesser mit Holzgriff und Linerlock herstellt, das nur an einem Punkt gesichert ist. Dies hat viele Vorteile gegenüber anderen Taschenmessern und gibt uns das Recht auf das Patent. Der Hauptpunkt des Blockiersystems in einem Taschenmesser ist der Schutz des Benutzers vor Unfällen. Das MAM-Blockiersystem erfüllt alle Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Es ist gehärtet und sehr widerstandsfähig und genau in der Mitte des Griffs, was dem Messer eine bessere Balance verleiht. Alle MAM-Messer sind handgeschliffen und hergestellt in Portugal seit 1870.
