Relags - the small things for the freat adventure...
was founded in 1985 and since then has been active in the outdoor, camping and sports sector as a distributor, manufacturer and service company. The idea of making shopping easier for outdoor shops, travel suppliers, expedition equipment suppliers, sports and camping shops has remained to this day. However, the offer adapts annually to the changing requirements of our time and has grown steadily - as has the number of customers. Today we serve more than 1.600 customers in Europe with more than 4.000 items.
But not only the sale is our profession, but also the smooth running of the after-sale business: we support the dealers with photo material, data and texts for their catalogue production, we carry out necessary repairs, manage the handling of complaints, check suggestions for improvement, implement them (for our products) or pass them on to the producers. We are available for advice on the phone, by e-mail or post and present here an Internet presentation with information for the end consumer on our articles, with shop addresses for the "live experience" or with the possibility of mail order purchase.
